Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fasshion fruit gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the pre-paid return label option in our Returns Portal below!

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned

Can I exchange items?

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

What items are final sale?

All items ending in $.48 and .98, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

Should I know anything else about the Online Return Policy?
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
  • We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
What is the Store Returns Policy?

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@fasshionfruit.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at support@fasshionfruit.com and send your item to: 9646 125 St, Surrey BC, V3V 4Y1, Canada.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DO NOT LIVE NEAR A (fasshionfruit.com?
If you do not live near an (fasshionfruit.com) location, the items you purchased in-store can be returned through the mail. We recommend using the USPS or UPS to send your products back to the store by following the steps. below:
Include a copy of the original receipt. Note: If you do not have a receipt, an (fasshionfruit.com) gift card will be issued and mailed upon the return.
Add a note explaining your request for an exchange (color, size, etc.) or return
Include your contact information, including phone and email, just in case the store needs to contact you

The product(s) can be shipped back in a box to the original store of purchase. 


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.
